Dr. Millicent Ford is a native of North Carolina. She completed her medical degree at the University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill School of Medicine and completed her residency in Pediatrics at Duke University in 2004. Dr. Ford and her family moved to Northwest Arkansas from North Carolina in July 2013.

In her spare time, Dr. Ford enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, reading, knitting, and exercising.
